Components to be conveyed include the existing hotel, golf suites, conference center, 197 acres of land currently owned, 165 acres of land currently leased (includes the golf course), 142 acres of land with right of first refusal rights, and 13 acres of land owned by the Sabine River Authority, developable with a lease amendment.
